(Supply diversified houses) We supply diversified types of houses such as houses for sales (700,000 households) under 85㎡, public rental, long-term charter and permanent lease (800,000 households) so that people in capital area and provinces can choose according to their economic conditions and regional demands.
(Supply cheap houses) We reduce sales price through increase of floor space index, adjust green coverage and construction process rationalization and introduce housing finance supports and graded rental tariff to mitigate the financial burden of non-house owners
(Fast Supply) We reduce the project period by simplifying business processes such as enforcement of pre-negotiation before the area designation and integration of development and construction plan (In average 6years → 4years)
